National Saddlery Company is Oklahoma's oldest working saddle and tack shop. Established in 1926, National Saddlery is located in the heart of Oklahoma City's Historic Stockyards City. Although we love tradition, we just got too big for our original store. Don't worry, we didn't move far, just look across the street to the corner of 13th and South Agnew!
National Saddlery's tack shop is a full western retail store, stocked full of saddles, tack, ropes and rodeo gear. We carry all the major brands of ropes including Classic, Rattler, FastBack, Cactus, Lonestar, Dub Grant, Callaway, Willard and King's Saddlery. We carry saddles from Martin Saddlery, Reinsman, Double J Saddlery, Circle Y, Tucker Trail Saddles, Billy Cook, Oxbow and more. We are the area's largest stocker of rodeo gear with a full line of bull riding and roughstock equipment from makers including Barstow, Ride Right and Saddle Barn.
We also have a working saddle, tack and leather repair shop on location where we still hand-cut and hand-make high quality leather strap goods. We offer a complete leather repair service in addition to saddle cleaning and oil services.
We might have moved the tack, but we still operate out of the historic National Saddlery building. Stockyards Sarsaparilla, now in the original building at 1307 South Agnew, is an old-fashioned candy store, offering a selection of over 400 varieties of vintage soda, and taffy and homemade fudge. We also carry a selection of western-themed gifts, including jewelry, art, Wyoming Traders, Windrift Hill, and so much more. Stop in and see the authentic saloon bar built in 1895 and have yourself a sarsaparilla!
